Impact Assessment Study for the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana

Pinaca India conducted an Impact Assessment Study of the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana in the Sirmaur and Solan Districts of Himachal Pradesh to assess the scheme’s pervasiveness, performance, and impact in the target districts based on its 10 monitorable indicators. The study was conducted on behalf of the NABARD Consultancy Services for the Directorate for the Empowerment of SCs, OBCs, Minorities, and the Specially Abled, Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Key Highlights:

• Deployed 24 field investigators to collect data on the scheme's pervasiveness, performance, and impact.

• Gathered data based on 10 monitorable indicators and supported findings with field pictures.

• Submitted a detailed project report to ESOMSA and NABCONS.

• Collected narratives from respondents to capture their individual experiences of the scheme over 10 years.
