Pinaca India designed and delivered LARNET (Land Records Network) — a digital knowledge repository developed for the Centre of Excellence under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) at Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab. The platform serves as a centralized and structured archive of land governance resources for policymakers, administrators, researchers, and citizens.
LARNET addresses the need for a unified system to organise and retrieve critical land administration documents. Pinaca transformed dispersed policies, reports, guidelines, and training materials into a searchable, user-friendly digital ecosystem.
The portal hosts Acts & Policies, reports, notifications, and training modules within a scalable framework supported by intuitive navigation and an advanced search engine. Pinaca executed the project end-to-end — from design and development to deployment, handover, and post-launch support — strengthening knowledge management within Punjab’s land governance ecosystem.
